Gabir Boyer is the Founder and Managing Principal of Frond Capital Partners, where he leads investment strategy, capital structuring, and asset management across the firm’s real estate platform.

Mr. Boyer brings institutional experience in hospitality investment, operational finance, and portfolio oversight across branded and independent real estate assets in major U.S. markets. His expertise encompasses underwriting, revenue management, margin improvement initiatives, debt structuring, and capital planning.

Prior to founding Frond Capital Partners, Mr. Boyer held senior finance and asset management roles with institutional real estate platforms and hospitality operating environments, collaborating with ownership groups, lenders, and brand partners to enhance asset performance and portfolio outcomes.

His investment approach emphasizes underwriting discipline, operational execution, and downside protection.

Mr. Boyer holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, and completed the Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management program at Cornell University.
